Instead of debating AI vs humans theoretically, I ran a simple experiment: I used both AI and human effort side-by-side for 30 days on real work tasks.

Final Insight
After 30 days, one conclusion became
clear: AI does not outperform humans universally. It outperforms humans in speed-based tasks.But humans still dominate in reasoning, strategy, and context-heavy decisions.
